Terrible don't use it
Anonymous Cardholder

I I applied for the dental treatment and was approved I signed up for the two years no interest plan which I realize now I should've done a longer-term plan but there was a remaining balance at the end of my promotional, (because I missed a payment and never was alerted) And then I owed them almost 30% interest on my no interest loan not only on my remaining balance but on the entire cost of the treatment!!! This infuriated me so I called customer service to speak with  someone but it took forever to speak with the real person,  I didn't like the billing because it is a credit card  and they want you to default!  I am also extremely unhappy with the office they provided me this credit card!!!! I wish there were better things to use

Not bad for financing small medical bill
BInfanteReyes Cardholder

I got this card in 2014 to finance a dental procedure. I was approved for a $1000 cl so I had to apply for a Care Credit account with Synchrony Bank to cover the whole bill. I ended up charging little over $100 to this card since Care Credit gave me twice the cl. After a year with both citi health and care credit I called to request a cli and was instantly denied over the phone with citi health while Synchrony bank up me from $2000 to $9600. Customer Service is not the best you can get now but not the worse either. Over the phone they were unable to explain why I got declined the cli so i had to wait a letter in the mail. 8 months later I re-requested the cli just to get denied one more time. My advise: Citibank is not doing a good job with this card, the promotions you get are not bad for financing but make sure you do so for small amounts only since they charge you accrued interest from the day of the purchase. Expect not to get a cli for a while if you get this card. Get a Care credit account instead.
