Switching from AMEX green card to the Everyday
I called customer service and apparently I can't convert my card from the Amex Green to Everyday. THey would have to cancel my green card and open a new account. I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not canceling my green card would affect my credit score? Thank you!

Why Switch?

Is it to save the yearly Fee?

When you Open a new Line of Credit your Credit Score will take a hit,  It will also take a hit when you Close a line of Credit.  So Yes it will affect your Credit Score.
