Will Citibank allow a "product change" /"conversion" from its Citi Simplicity card?
Since inception, Citi has not allowed a product change from its "Simplicity" card. However, after speaking with their customer service rep., apparently, they are "considering" it? Does anyone have additional information on this or a time frame of when they will make a decision, one way or the other? (The customer service rep. wasn't willing to provide more information but did state that it has nothing to do with Citibank moving a portion of their portfolio from Visa to Mastercard (which is a totally different issue). The Costo card will remain with Visa.
Note that my question specifically pertains to a product change from the "Simplicity" card so that is the topic.
Thanks in advance.
