I applied and was approved for this card as soon as I started my first job. It's not a huge credit limit, but it's helped build my credit and there is no hard inquiry. It does seem that the company only reports to TransUnion since my Equifax score does not have the card listed. Nevertheless, I am happy with it.

Don't get this one. Its an absolute waste credit card with 0 benefits instead they come with problems. If you face any issue in any transaction, they don't help to work it out.

It's been almost 3 years since I have had this card. I have a credit score of about 750. My credit limit is still at 800 dollars. Worst part is, my card keeps declining on small transactions even though I stay well below my credit limit. App keeps crashing every time I try to add a new payment method. Customer service was okay, but that's it. Worst experience with a credit card I've had.
1% cashback and only able to use as 25$ increments. Looks for other cards as this card is so hard to use. If you pay your balance it takes 1 week and 3 days to bring your credit limit back up. Just not worth the hassle
I helped my daughter try to get this card as her first credit card, starting college. The application process was a nightmare. We followed all the instructions, and then they demanded a copy of her studend ID card. She only had a digital copy, as she hadn't started school yet. Went back and forth with them for weeks, playing phone tag, unable to reach anyone who would answer the phone. Hours wasted, I finally sent an email of my frustrations. A supervisor called and said the digital copy would be fine. So she submitted it again and a week later her whole application was denied because of the lack of student ID (which she had sent successfully numerous times). Total waste of time, we will be going elsewhere and never doing business with Deserve again.
I got this card to build credit, and honestly, it's not the best student card. The rewards on the card are sub-par when compared to the Discover It card. The only benefit of the card does not need an SSN which makes it great for international students. Overall the card helped me build credit, but there are better options to build credit and get rewarded for doing it. Also, my interactions with Customer Service were ok not anything spectacular but nothing to get angry about. I would recommend getting this if you want to build credit by charging a small monthly subscription service and paying it in full every month.
I want to specially thank ICON CREDIT REPAIR for putting a smile on my face, for restoring my credit score back to high 800. You all know how bad it is when someone has bad credit profile; I never believed that my credit score can come up to 800 after wasting my time and money to some imposters who claim to be real hackers but only end up ripping me off my hard earned money. But thank God for reliable hacker name ICON CREDIT REPAIR who was able to help me out, he deleted all the negative items on my credit profile, late payment, hard inquires also posted a positive trade line on my credit profile across the 3credit bureaus. Now I recommend them to you all out there that need a reliable repair services.you can reach out to them via ICONCREDITREPAIR@GMAIL.COM And get your credit fix permanently….
Unfortunately there's no star option on this. Everything about this company is bad, and customer service is unfriendly, unreliable, and inefficient. After more than two years, they're still not reporting my account to the credit bureaus - awful experience, avoid at all costs
This is a very nice product for you to apply when you don't have an SSN. I have owned it for 5 years, and it helped me to boost up both FICO score and Vantage score. Now, with my well credit history, I successfully got an Amex card (I still keep this card, since not all places accept Amex card).
Deserve is possibly the worst credit card company out there, for anyone who is planning to get a credit card from them please "DON'T". the customer service is awful, they never help you out. The application process is pretty simple and everyone usually gets approved only because they want you to fall in the loop and pay their absurd interest rates. They are a nightmare and the absolute worst!!
I entered my bank account info and my email and account was block because they kept using my info , so I had to change everything . This is not secure so be cautious.
As a student entering a Master’s degree program this card came highly recommended. I have never had a credit card before but my credit is fair/good depending on which CB you ask (649-691). This card is marketed as a great card to start building credit because it does not require a credit history but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The only derogatory marks I have on my report are for how young my accounts are and for not having any credit cards (the irony). Even so, they rejected my application citing an “inability to pay” as the reason. Clearly they are not being honest about something because (1) I work full-time making more than the average college student, and (2) college students don’t make very much money in the first place. I wrote this review to hopefully save some people time and heartache. It’s unclear to me whether they pulled a hard check yet but from what I’ve read in other reviews I should expect a hit to my credit soon. Please do yourself a favor and pass on this card. I highly recommend looking somewhere else. Have a great day all! (Also, their only application interface is slow and buggy)
