The customer service is absolutely horrible. I switched banks after 12 years to BHFCU & wish I hadn't. Numerous charges that were not mine I had to just pay because they wouldn't do anything about it. Customer service hardly knew anything about my account when asked numerous times. Directing me to student people &1 800 phone numbers. Having limits on transfers & many fees associated with them. Transfers from savings to checking cannot be made electronically, must physically go to the bank or ATM. Well not void charges they made in error nor take money out of savings to cover overdrafts. I have a brand new home loan & 2 brand new 2016 car loans with them & stl getting treated so poorly.
