Generally this is an okay credit union. I have been with them for 4 years. After hours service is marginal. Several times I have accidently made a credit card payment twice (which results in an overdraft), and this credit union refused to credit me the $60 in fees (that the CU charges) that this electronic snafu creates. They cite that it costs them money to process the 'NSF Returned' fee, but its all automated computing, so I think they are padding their bottom line. I will be moving my accounts to a different CU asap.
