There was a recent spat of fraud charges made on mine and several other MCU customers over the weekend of 11/4/17. Since MCU has no weekend customer service, the scammers were allowed to take almost $2000 out of my account without any care. Once I notified MCU I was told to complete a fraud form and wait 10 days. That was it! All of my pending banking transcations were bounced for NFS funds, and to add insult to injury charged me LATE FEES! It is a good starter bank and I've kept the account for low fees, but after 20yrs I am DONE!
