I have 3 accounts at different credit unions and member one is by far the worst. Issue's are- One atm within 30 miles, they say that they have partner atms but charge me a fee on top of atm fee when I use them. Also poor customer service, alot of high fees, when i go to the bank I sit for 3 to 5 minutes before the peraon comes from the front. Also there is no way to communicate with their corporate office. If member one cares at all about their customers, then why would you not have a way for us to contact you to tell you how your doing, even if it was a simple email address.
