Bad Experience

I have to say that the refinance process was going well and then as others have mentioned before, all communication suddenly halted from the company. After months of waiting, not even a single email or reply back to the ones we sent.  Terrible customer service to the point we went ahead and are refinancing with another company instead. Don't let the low rates they offer lure you in, not worth the service. We are in the process of trying to get refunded for all the fees we paid but as before, there has been absolutely no communication from them. Here's to hoping.
