This company is as slow if not slower than Quicken. If you want to be moved into your new home by summer you better buy it in December so they have enough time to process your loan. They do not pay attention to detail so things get delayed. I give a zero

I have to say that the refinance process was going well and then as others have mentioned before, all communication suddenly halted from the company. After months of waiting, not even a single email or reply back to the ones we sent.  Terrible customer service to the point we went ahead and are refinancing with another company instead. Don't let the low rates they offer lure you in, not worth the service. We are in the process of trying to get refunded for all the fees we paid but as before, there has been absolutely no communication from them. Here's to hoping.
