Being a smaller bank, they have competive rates and EXCEPTIONAL in branch employees. They'll open the door for you, get you a coffee or a snack. Having a smaller ATM network, the out of network ATM fee is only $1.50. (Compared to $3+ with the national banks)
When my account was compromised, it took one call to customer service. I stopped by a branch, they had the new account open- starter checks ready- and have moved the provisional fraud credit into the new account.
