Disappointing Customer Service

DCFCU has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  They are difficult to contact and long waits are the norm when calling by phone.   The agents are usually not able to resolve even the simplest issues and it takes up to 24 hours to get a return call from a supervisor.  Exceptional customer service should be part of the culture of any institution safe guarding your money.   DCFCU employees consistently disappoint.
