Worst bank I've ever had

Please stay away from this bank. Their customer service truly is horrible. Their banking system is full of errors... Almost every month there seems to ALWAYS be an issue. Problems are hardly ever resolved.

Over 40 minutes on the phone to get in toouch with a representative, and they can't get anything done, the worst I have experienced so far.

Disappointing Customer Service

DCFCU has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  They are difficult to contact and long waits are the norm when calling by phone.   The agents are usually not able to resolve even the simplest issues and it takes up to 24 hours to get a return call from a supervisor.  Exceptional customer service should be part of the culture of any institution safe guarding your money.   DCFCU employees consistently disappoint.
