Excellent, never had a problem
They sell all your info (including social security number), give you no options, obviously just exist to take advantage of every customer.
They don't give you the discounts as promised, and create an opaque system just to take advantage of you.
This card is awful.
If you own a car or are in the process of doing so, this is a convenient card to have. If you are leasing or do not plan on having a vehicle very long this will bite your credit in the butt.. I say this because If you do not use this card actively after 2+ years they will close it and it will leave a negative impact on your credit score. You can only use this card on the Goodyear.com site or in a Goodyear store.. You can't even use it on the Goodyear corporate site to purchase miscellaneous items, like Goodyear clothes or accessories to keep this paperweight of a card looking OK on your credit history.
I applied for credit at sears told me my application couldn't be processed at the time to call a number .so I called the lady I spoke with tells me I got approved but shes not able to tell me the credit limit but that I will receive the card 7 -10 days okay so we get dissconected
So I call again than they tell me they have nothing on file with my information ..umm okayI was already annoyed they have horrible customer service .! ...anyways I call again than they tell me I got denied like what the hell I guess
So my point is sears has terrible customer service they don't care ..I have a good credit score above 620
i went to the dental office and I was about to get a $12,000 prodecure done, but it was getting me approved that was the pain, i applied with and i had a 700+ credit score and very little debt, and i wasn't approved, my wife did the same and her credit score was better than mine and she was denied, i haven't made any recent purchases or anything, and finally my father whom is 70 applied for me and he was approved, he has a 750+ score, but anyway he doesn't like how the billing system is and messed up the payments and was put onto some very high interest program... we tried getting a refund and that was a pain i was very unhappy with the options i was provided i ended up applying for Lending Club Patient Solutions and was approved for a 7.99% rate and now going to a different doctor that offers them...so not very happy with the options Citi health provided me/ my father
Used some sort of apllication system which sent statement to an old mailign address from 10 years ago. Charged me late fees incurred when I did not receive bill. Called and complained and pointed out that they had been sending statement to wrong address. Asked to close account and they did not. Sent following statement to wrong address and then called my mother's voicemail to "collect" payment. ustomer service claimed they had no idea how or why they had my mother's number.
Nothing was they're fault as it was all a computer error.
Closed my account and eventhough I was payed in full it impacted my credit rating.
