Very bad experience, ask tons of docs, miss the deadline, lie to you, worst company ever.
i went to the dental office and I was about to get a $12,000 prodecure done, but it was getting me approved that was the pain, i applied with and i had a 700+ credit score and very little debt, and i wasn't approved, my wife did the same and her credit score was better than mine and she was denied, i haven't made any recent purchases or anything, and finally my father whom is 70 applied for me and he was approved, he has a 750+ score, but anyway he doesn't like how the billing system is and messed up the payments and was put onto some very high interest program... we tried getting a refund and that was a pain i was very unhappy with the options i was provided i ended up applying for Lending Club Patient Solutions and was approved for a 7.99% rate and now going to a different doctor that offers them...so not very happy with the options Citi health provided me/ my father
I should have known when the store had trouble signing me up for this card when I bought a laptop computer. I spent over 30 minutes just trying to log in to pay the bill. I had to make 3 calls to customer service for log in assistance and finally got so frustrated, I asked if there was a charge to pay the thing off over the phone and be done with it. They also have the highest interest rate of any card I own. 24-something percent! I would not give any stars for this card, and I don't plan to use it again!
We recently bought a building that required renovation so taking advantage of 60 day terms was a no brainer, or so I thought. I hadn't even had the card for 60 days and on my first statement they were charging me interest on a 60 day interest free account. Spent 30 minutes on the phone and had to talk to a manager to get it cleared up. I went a head and paid off the cards balance. Since then we returned an item, and have a credit on the card. Received my second statement today and somehow they have figured out a way to charge me interest again. Not sure how that works considering they technically owe me money. Can't believe how crazy this company is. Lesson learned will be closing the account and thinking twice about my future business with Home Depot.
