You are handed off between the loan officer, processor, underwriter, closer, and who knows who else. None of them seemed to know what the other was doing. After being approved, I was denied a week before closing.
DO NOT DO THE PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES WITH SEARS! They will only apply money to othe balance if you go into your aco**** and add the option to allocate funds to the promotional balance. Otherwise, the payments get applied to the outrageous interest and any other balance first. Come September 2017, they will be charging me 545 in interest because I was misinformed of this. I called customer service and one man was very nice and reallocated funds to my account but, it was not properly documented and there is now no proof of this. The manager that I spoke with just now, was only able to add 33.00 to my balance and continually said that she had no proof of the representative reallocating funds. THEY ARE A SCAM!! IF YOU WONDER WHY SEARS IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, ITS BECAUSE OF THESE THINGS. SEARS HAS LOST MY BUSINESS.
i went to the dental office and I was about to get a $12,000 prodecure done, but it was getting me approved that was the pain, i applied with and i had a 700+ credit score and very little debt, and i wasn't approved, my wife did the same and her credit score was better than mine and she was denied, i haven't made any recent purchases or anything, and finally my father whom is 70 applied for me and he was approved, he has a 750+ score, but anyway he doesn't like how the billing system is and messed up the payments and was put onto some very high interest program... we tried getting a refund and that was a pain i was very unhappy with the options i was provided i ended up applying for Lending Club Patient Solutions and was approved for a 7.99% rate and now going to a different doctor that offers them...so not very happy with the options Citi health provided me/ my father
I should have known when the store had trouble signing me up for this card when I bought a laptop computer. I spent over 30 minutes just trying to log in to pay the bill. I had to make 3 calls to customer service for log in assistance and finally got so frustrated, I asked if there was a charge to pay the thing off over the phone and be done with it. They also have the highest interest rate of any card I own. 24-something percent! I would not give any stars for this card, and I don't plan to use it again!
I applied for this card due to future renovations and took advantage of their 0% finance for 12 months but what threw me off is that I made a few small payments and the payments were not credited to my account. I called and was told there was a 15 days "hold" on my payments and then they'll credit my account. I've never heard of anything like this before, it's not like the funds have not been taken out of my account. Luckily I'm not planning on using the card or it will be a issue. Will try to use it only when they offer their 0% financing.
