If you're in a hurry, forget it!

You'd think I'd have learned from my first miserable, 16-week experience, but NO!, I had to torture myself again. "3-4 weeks to close" they said. "Here's the list of docs you'll need" they said. Hah! 6 weeks of "Just one more doc", finger pointing between the branch and Income Verification, and now sitting in Underwriting for Week 2 with zero communication.

If you're in a hurry forget it. If you love to copy or scan dozens of pages of documents, and make all the follow-up calls, then this is the game for you! Nice people, but severely broken processes. Week 8 and still not closed, with no end in sight...

Unreasonable 'Wear and Tear' Fees!!

I returned my 2013 Volt and was charged over $1400 in fees.  Regardless of being 5k miles under my allotment.

Trying to return it was riduculous as they said I wasn't allowed to return it to any Chevy dealership.  I found out that it was because US Bank wasn't picking up the lease returns, overloading the dealerships with cars so they stopped accepting them.  My dealership said they were going to start charging US Bank a daily parking fee unless they came to pick them up.

There is obviliously SOMETHING wrong at this company and people like me are paying the price.

The loan itself is fine.

The service we received with our mortgage loan officer was horrible. He would never answer or return phone calls. We had to get our realtor to step in just to reach the man for information. After we found the house we wanted to purchase, we sent him all the information he needed and waited to hear back for a ridiculous amount of time. Again, our realtor was the only person who could help us get answers. We closed on our home and 4 or so months later, I found out he was suppose to inform me of a platinum account I should have been eligible to switch to. This account would have also gave us a 1000 dollar credit for closing. Because I found this out after the fact and he decided to not let me know about this program, it was too late and no one at us bank could help me. My local branch manager tried to make the situation right and the higher ups wouldn't let her do anything. I received a letter in the mail explaining the credit was only valid if I had a platinum account at the time of closing. Well no ****... My loan officer didn't switch me over and that's why I am ****ed.....

rewards aren't really worth it

1000 pts = $5 certificate for Kroger, which puts general purchases at 0.5% back, Kroger purchases at 1% back, and Kroger brand purchases at 1.5% back. They do send some nice coupons, but I don't know if that warrants applying for this mediocre rewards. There are better cards with 1.5% CASHback for general purchases with no annual fees.

Not worth it!

This card will benefit folks who travel LAN frequently. Otherwise, it's not worth the $75 annual fee.

I canceled my card two months after I paid the annual fee, and US Bank will not return the prorated fee. Other banks offer that.

Also, the phone number listed on the back of the LANPASS card goes to LAN customer service that helps you purchase plane tickets. They have absolutely nothing to do with the credit card and were super rude (although I have to say it was pretty funny when Mr. Sassy at LAN called me "lady" for the 18th time during a 3 minute conversation).
