I have 2 high interest credit cards
I just had two unexpected high dollar items. Car accident and my dog had to have surgery. I can pay these off fairly quickly but they are both very high interest. My question is should I go to my Credit union and get a personal line of credit and consolidate these bills or would it be better for my FICO to just pay them down quickly. Certainly I understand the latter will incur some interest but I'm budgeting to get this 2400.00 bill down in 6 months. Which would be better for my FICO. I'm working toward getting one of those o interest loans on a Prius in a few years.
