With recent fed rate moves, I wonder how long we will see rates in the 3-4% range.

It seems that WaMu has one of the best savings rates right now compared to other banks I've seen

Countrywide SavingsLink account has 4.05% with a minimum 10K.

However please note that both Washington Mutual & Countrywide are more riskier banks as they have lots of residential mortgage exposure. If the companies went under then you would have to wait for the FDIC Insurance to get your deposits back.
