I've been a member since it was AT&T which is about 40 years and continue to be a member only because it would be a hassle to move everything to a new financial organization. Every time I try to apply for a loan regardless of the type it's like pulling teeth with what information they require. A lot easier with other organizations. All I wanted to do was upgrade a credit card for added benefits. I talked with 4 customer service people and had to provide a complete financial history and then sign documents online. It took about 2 hours and now I guess I have to wait until I receive card which I really don't need. I upgraded another card with a different financial organization and it was completed over the phone in less than 10 min (I guess they have my financial information on file).
