I applied for a loan for an RV the next day I had a voice mail stating I was declined and should call if I had any questions or for more information on why. I called the number she gave me on the voice message and was unable to reach her. I left her two voice messages in 3 days then emailed them using the link from their website on the 5th day & then a week later. I have never heard back from them. I now have to apply elsewhere without any information on why this company decided to decline my loan request even though my credit scores look good on Credit Karma and my FICO score from Wells Fargo. I only applied here because the RV salesman recommend them and I regret doing so, it was a waist of my time, efforts and not worth the ding on my credit report.
