Horrible online / phone service.

I have had an auto loan through GECU for two years.  Initially I just made my payments by phone, however one day when I called, after waiting nearly twenty minutes on hold I learned there would be a $35.00 processing fee.  I began using the online bill pay.  Since then I have had four separate instances where I find that my payment never processed.  Two more times recently I received letters stating my account was delinquent and when I log back in I see that my payments were returned because they could not locate the account.  The same account that has been used for two years.  I wil be refinancing my vehicle through a diferent bank, even if the interest rate is slightly higher to have the peace of mind that I am working with a dependable bank.
