I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these people when my partner died and I had no credit. I bought a used car and the charge me a fortune in interest. Over the three year I kept paying ahead on them and all my bills Even when I was a 760 credit rating the wouldn't lower my rate on my 2012 Ford Escape. I finally had enough and went to a Ford dealer who got me finance at lowest rate possible and I got a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer at the same payment I was making on a used car. Now that is what I call poor service and lack of cooperation with Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union. I can't say enough bad things about them.
