Very easy to work with.

My first bank was causing all sorts of problems with fees everywhere, adding fees for which they told me they didn't charge. When I sat down with a customer service rep. to get my account set up; she put all the paperwork in front of me and explained everything as we went. I got my debit card pretty well the day they switched to making them with the chips, and the chip on my card didn't work; I went into the office and they said I'd have a new card in the mail box in two days, and I did. Very easy experiece and I highyl recommend.
