While they offer good yields, their customer support and web interface are poor. Web site had been clunky prior to their June 2016 upgrade. But after the upgrade, the web site was worse. It had more fancy options, but didn't provide accurate information on past transfers or (as they call them) interbank transfers. Very little assistance after the web site upgrade. The new site is less intuitive than the previous web site. And today, the web site is down and calling them just gets me a ringing phone with no answer. I recommend Ally Bank or Discover Bank as better alternatives - better yields and better web interface. I'm in the process of transfering my deposits to Ally right now.
