terrible cust svc, main focus = rate inc

Long standing customer of over 20 yrs, have seldom needed claim support. Recently had a minimal claim. Unable to reach service agent, excessive claim delay encountered. Had to submit claim 3 times via less than competent service agents. Their main focus of claim was how to find means to increase my rates ( as I was not at fault)  less than integrity bound company with poorest of service. Old saying, caveat emptor.
