were can i get a credit card with 517 score and how much will be the fee?
be for the credit card i perfer ,no more than 200 dollars better less than that

I would suggest an orchard bank card!It is unsecured card with reasonable rates for a sub-prime card.It will start with low credit limits but with your score it is the best bet for an unsecured card.It can also give you a decision in most cases instantly online!

It will be hard, because thats a really low score, but to build it up, I would go for a secured credit card, perhaps from your credit union or bank.(be sure to ask that they report to the major credit bureaus) maybe for 300-500 on the secured card. After you use the card for a few months, and show revolving credit, your score should go up at least 25-40 points. Hope that helped.
