Should I add my fiance as a joint cardmember holder to a CC that has long history or higher credit?
My fiancé has a score of 630ish and has held a secure CC for about 5 months (all payments on time). I have a score of 730ish. 15 % credit utilization. I want to help improve his score by adding him to one of my credit card.
My first card has a long credit history, almost 10 years but a low credit line--$1,600. $0 balance.
My second card has a shorter credit history, 6 years but a higher credit limit-- $6,700. $0 balance.

Which application should I submit for him? Which one will benefit him more? A longer history or a higher credit limit?
What qualification are they looking for joint applicants?
Will they do a hard pull on both of our credits? Or just his?
