I have 2 store credit cards I never used. Would it hurt my credit score to cancel them?

I'd keep them open. It doesn't hurt you to have them open, but it can to close them.

if they've been open for a long time, they are established  credit history in good standing.

if they are recent and low limit, you might be ok. but just do one at a time. then wait about six months.
