Credit card which should not be on my Credit Karma report
There is a credit card which is my ex-husbands of which I was never associated with, but it is showing on my Credit Karma account. I inquired with the three credit bureaus but only one responded which stated that it was not listed on my score (I think it was Experian). I work overseas and don't have a US postal address which the bureaus use as "proof" as it is my friends home address that I use for all correspondence so the other two bureaus would not answer my question. How can a credit card that I have never had in my name (nor did I ever have an account with) continue to show up if I never had a joint account?
