Should you pay off old credit cards from 4+ years ago?
Good question? Vote for this

My Grandparents gave me some money about 10 years ago. I paid off credit cards. Then I moved two doors down the street. The postman told me not to bother changing address. Two years later I find out several credit cards owed and paid in full weren't. My bank said it went through on my part but it didn't on theirs. They are hateful and wouldn't knock off more interst even though have bank letter so I didn't pay as it was $1000 +more each. Some are up to $8000+. I'm afraid they will pop a lean on the house. I don't have money to pay them now and some said it would hurt my credit. What would you do? thanks! Kim
