I owe $100 on my closed credit card account. Should I pay it off or make small payments.

Good question?

Thia account has been on my credit file for quite a number of years.How will this effect my score?

I would just pay it off; since old/close acct doesnt help credit score anymore; in fact its lowering the credit score. I'm having the same problem but my balance is higher. If its a loan of any kind its good to slowly pay it off cause it helps with credit score.
