when i use the credit simulator for getting a new credit card to see what it will do to my score. i use chase bank and would like to get the chase freedom so that all my banking is in one spot and stop using my capital one card but it says itll make my credit score drop about 15 points. is this a long term kind of drop or will it just drop for a month or two and then go back up?
