I have 3 cards with Capital one. What should I do?
I had fantastic credit until a few years ago. I had some personal problems and ended up with charge offs. I'm building my credit back up. I started with a secured card from Capital One. $300 limit I then got an unsecured card from HSBC with a $300 limit. Capital One bought that card. Earlier this year I got a Capital One cash rewards card with a $2,000 limit. I now use the cash rewards card only and pay it off in full. My score was down below 600. I got it up to 660. Recently got a good car loan through VW. Score is currently at 625. I don't want to pay annual fees on the two cards that have $300 limits. I'd like to call Capital One and see what my options are since they have these three accounts of mine. I don't want more hard inquiries though. Any opinions or ideas?
