A few things you have to consider:

1. How much is the balance transfer fee?

2. Can you pay off the balance within the period of 0% interest?

3. If not, what is the APR thereafter after the 0% expires? Is it higher or lower than your Chase account?

Do your own calculation to see how much you can save, factoring in the balance transfer fee, the interest you pay after the 0% expires, and the number of months you expect to pay off the balance.
