No.  In fact, it should be very positive because your payment history will show "on-time" payments.  Just make sure the automatic payment you set up is more than the "minimum" payment on your credit card statement so you can reduce the amount of interest you pay.  And (my experience) is to make sure to monitor the balance and make a change if needed should the amount you set as payment exceed the total due.  Credit card companies are not allowed to make that change.  Only you can.
