What credit card is this?
We have a credit card listed that shows delinquent balance and we don't know what it is.

Could likely be a mistake, which is not uncommon.  If you were checking all three credit reports (which you should do every year) then file a dispute with the credit bureau reporting it.  They have to investigate and either verify or delete the disputed item.  Anytime you find something wrong or "unknown" on your credit reports, dispute it.

Hi Manson6, You should start by obtaining a full-length TransUnion credit report, which is available free on Credit Karma at https://www.creditkarma.com/myfinances/creditreport. Then you'll be able to iniaite a dispute with the credit bureau.
