credit card utilization
I use my credit card for everything, gas, groceries, tools, entertainment, everything. And I get paid weekly. So every week on my credit card I spend 150$ to 200$ a week. But when I get paid the next week I make a 150$ to 250$ payment. Should I keep doing this if I want my score to go up?

keep CC utilization at 1 % dont pay off all amount till billing cycle

Don't over pay either. I know it sounds crazy but keep 1% list minimum  and pay it  after billing cycle ends [ before due date ]

Now that i am doing what i just told you from last 4 months I got over 80 point jump so far :P
