Stay away from them. They have screwed me in the past. They make the multilpe time deadlines very hard to comply with there terms and then dont provide the rebate. Never trust them."

Reply Cancel ReplyDONT EVER GO THROUGH LETS TALK!! BUll****! these people are good when it comes to ordering a phone and service from them, but when it comes to the costomer service they are really bad!! they messed up my bill and cant do anything about it. They will put you on hold for hours, and anybody that you talk to dont know **** they are talking about. I HATE LETS TALK. So dont even bother with them!"

Reply Cancel ReplyGreat phone, poor reseller. When I tried LetsTalk, it took multiple orders and literally a month of daily phone calls to LetsTalk, my previous provider, and the provider I was switching to before my service was set up and my phone sent out. No one at LetsTalk could tell me what the problem was; every customer service rep had a different explanation."
