First off, a personal loan with that score means that whoever loans you the money will charge a ton of interest, which will end up driving you further into debt. Your best bet is to pay down the smallest loans first, and as quickly as possible (without skipping payments on anything else). Once the small ones are paid off, the bigger ones are easier to pay off since you now have more money to do it with. It will take a lot of time and financial discipline, but it can be done. Note that there is the option of a debt consolidation, and while it will lower your total monthly payments, it will stretch out the payoff period and still include a ton of interest built-in.
