Awful, awful, awful, run!
45Unhappy Account Holder

This bank is horrible, run, don't walk away from them. Their customer service stinks, their website is awful, their app is even worse. Don't try to access your account in the evenings because you won't get into it most of the time. It's obvious they haven't embraced the technology age. Their fees are almost double of what other reasonable banks charge. I had my account with them for many years, so I'm speaking from experience. If you like your bank to rob you of your money, by all means open an account with them. These are just the highlights too.

Buy something from a town over and your debit card will be turned off for fraud. You can't get it turned back on unless you go into the establishment because despite asking you your social, name, birthday, and address you will be left at a dead end unless you know some random date such as when you first opened your account! Online banking also never works. You are completely locked out if you don't use it often or forget your password one time. Expect many trips to the bank to get anything done because you definitely won't have any problems solved over the phone, despite knowing all about yourself.
