Customer service is horrible!

Helpful to 3 out of 4

I contacted customer service about getting a pin for cash back.  They transferred me to the "credit" department and I was disconnected after choosing 1 of 3 options for card holders.  I called back and had to go through the privacy verification again, then I asked the rep to provide me with the number to the credit department.  After several attempts, the automated system to the credit dept would say "we are experiencing higher than usual call volume, please call again at a later time or contact us with an email" and disconnect the call.  It is impossible to get through to their credit department.  They don't answer emails either!!!
