I have had nothing but great experiences

I've been with WECU for almost 5 years now and have only had positive experiences, even when they denied me haha. I applied for a loan to consolidate my debt and they had to turn me down, though they were incredibly nice about it, and gave me all kinds of assistance on how to reduce my debt without a loan. When I call the call center, sometimes it takes a while and sometimes it's instant. Everyone I've talked to seems to know what they're doing.

A bank in disguise.

Customer Service staff need better training in dealing professionally and courteously with customers.

Confusing online banking system.

Their FICO score (they use Experian) is typically 60-80 points under the other credit bureaus.

The tone they use is snooty, condescending. Lots of mistakes or lack of info given numerous times.

They never apologize for their errors or communication.
