Banking with NECU for 12 years
Anonymous Account Holder

I've been to many different NECU branches in NH.  The customer service at drive up and in person has always been superb! The tellers and customer service reps go out of their way to always use your name when banking with them. I've had three auto loans through NECU. I use online banking to pay my bills, utilize the auto w/d feature for my auto loan, have a credit card with NECU and all of my checking and savings accounts are at NECU. I have also used their investment services. Never an issues and I highly reccomend NECU to everyone that is asking about where to bank.

Avoid at all costs!
Anonymous Account Holder

I NEVER write reviews, but with my experience with this credit union, it's unavoidable. They are an absolute joke. I was signed up with them when I purchased my jeep and they were nothing but a nightmare. As stated above, they charge a $5 fee each month when you auto pay your loan. Their customer service is also so terrible. They are incredibly rude and condescending, specifically when I had to deal with the Remote Services department.

Do yourself a favor and avoid NECU at all costs. There are plenty of other great credit unions out there!
