Been through the "big box" banks ie. Wells Fargo, B of A, etc. but they are garbage compared to One Nevada (previously NFCU)! Going on 5 years with them and won't go anywhere else. Customer service is great, online banking is great, and just the way they handle my investments is fantastic. Good job One Nevada! The only thing I would suggest for improvement is a few more locations. Other then that, thank you for all your great work.

My husband and I opened a joint account with them a little over a year ago. We kept our account in good standing without any overdrafts. We loved the convenience of depositing our payroll checks via mobile deposit. Our deposits would post within 20 to 30 minutes after deposits were made as long as deposits are made before 5pm Mon-Fri.
Well the nightmare just began today when my husband deposited his paycheck and only $500 of it was made available. So I called ONCU and I told cs rep that we were not notified of this change and her response was we didn't have to notify anyone of it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that she was the manager. I asked her why are we being penalized when we have been in good standings with ONCU ever since we had the account. We've deposited the same payroll checks since we had the account with no problems. Never any bad checks or overdrafts and the cs rep answer was "It's now our policy and your check deposit amount availability will vary each month." What a crock of bull.
I'm not going continue banking with them and will close our account as soon as the remaining deposit clears. I don't like the idea of being inconvenienced every pay period not knowing if we are going to be able to pay our bills on time. This is the most unethical business practice I've ever experienced with any credit union. What a great way to lose the huge customer based they have.
