On this site, I'm still showing a mortgage balance with two different companies, which is not the case. Company B (current holder) took over the mortgage from Company A well over 90 days ago. Why are we still listing the last balance of the previous company, which has not changed because I obviously don't make payments to them any longer, while the current holder correctly shows a declining balance. Does this have a negative effect on credit score? Bottom line... I'm showing outstanding mortgage balance of more than twice the actual.
