If all accounts in collections are paid off in full/negotiated
I have several accounts in collections. I've just gotten in a better financial situation and would like to pay them all off and get them off my credit. Some are closed accounts that are close to 7 years old...for these should I continue to avoid them and hope they fall off? As for the rest (which span over about the last 4 years) would it be sensible to try to negotiate a pay for deletion?
If I do negotiate pay for deletions on nearly all of my accounts, would that positively affect my score?
