How can I remove a late payment from a credit report?
I had a 30-days late payment reported, and it is only one late payment I ever had. I called my bank, and they said that they do not have eligibility to do that. What can I do to remove it and improve my score?

if it was a valid 30 day late payment report--then there's nothing you can really do---as time passes it will have less affect on your credit and your score will start to go back up-- after so many years have passed--negitive info will fall off your credit report because of the statue of limitations---it varies from state to state how much time is required-but most are arounf 7 years--
