your local bank or credit union to me is the best option. It all depends on C/S & DTI ratio. Sit down with local bank you do business with & ask them your request & to look up your chances without taking a hard inquiry.I always thougth they had to make hard inquiry, but not so, just go & ask. good luck, those other sites will certainly pull a hard inquiry, not good for your score.
