I'm only giving 1 star because I had to select 1 to write the review. Not only were we locked out of our online account for 2 months but during that time this company deducted 2 payments from our account WITHOUT our knowledge or authorizing. 😡 Then when we tried to call and get things sorted out, they refused to answer any questions and told me they had no record of how the deductions happened. They were so rude! It was only after threatening them with a lawsuit did our online account "magically" reset. Shady shady business!!!

Terrible Customer Service

We were roped into a loan through GreenSky at the recommendation of a foundation repair company we are using.  I think mostly to save time, the salesman who did our estimate only put my husband's name on the loan - though I am the primary manager of the account.

When after the first two months, GreenSky took the money for a payment out of my account without removing it from my balance, I tried to call to remedy the situation.  Not only was the customer service representative extremely unhelpful, but she was also very rude.  I had to have my husband call to track down the money that GreenSky did not post to my account.

Keep a close eye on your balance if using this company - they'll attempt to steal from you and give you the run-around if you try to call to track your funds down.

Do NOT Use this company.

Do no use this company if you have good credit.  The way the calculate the zero percent interest is to charge you the full amount and report it to your credit agencies each month and then rebate that amount at the end of the loan.  Once I realized this, I paid off the full amount, put a hold on the account and explained that I never wanted to to business with them again.  That was over three months ago.  Even though I paid the account in full, just days after it was opened, they continue to report that I owe the full amount to all credit agencies.  I've called three times to have this resolved and it has only gotten worse.  If you have a great credit rating, and I do, do not mess with this disaster of a scam company.
