This credit union has been very easy to work with and very friendly people at all of the local branches. This has been my first experience with a credit union and I would never go back to a regular bank.

Stay away from here if you can. It should not be this way!
I opened an account here after I received a favorable loan with them arranged with a MC dealer. The customer service is very bad; the tellers actually are close to hostile. The reason for this review is that at speedway and 1st I went in to deposit a fairly large payroll bonus check into an account that easily had twice the deposit amount and three direct deposits registered to it. The teller was questioning me about why I had such a large check to deposit, "was it a mistake, are you supposed to have it?" Then she told me that it was over her amount and after I was left standing at the window for over five minutes I was told that they would deposit it but that it would have a two day business hold and that after two days I could have access to 200 dollars and then the next day the rest. I asked to speak to the person who made that decision and a young man came out and actually sneered at me informed me that , he was the person that made the decision based on the fact that I had no " check history" with Vantage. I asked him if he was aware that I had a balance well over the check amount, three direct deposits and an open line of credit with vantage. He just told me that they would deposit the check but that it would have a business hold on it. (Check was written on Wells Fargo).
Called to talk to someone at the corporate office and the person I spoke with just transferred me to a "hotline" which was basically a message line where one left details and a call back #.
Bad place, bad karma. STAY AWAY
