Any chance this credit union can get to charge you a million Od fee they will. We don't even do credit card transactions on our debit card and it still takes days to process transactions!!! Which usually ends in and OD fee and you cannot see pending transactions! It's setting you up for failure and we are tired of it!! Do not bank here!! They are terrible!

Most unfriendly, inconsiderate, egotistical, ppl I have met. Their rates are outrageous. Just switched six mths ago. Trust me going elsewhere is worth it.

We are selling our home by owner, and our buyers are using UICCU to finance the loan.  Since we are representing ourselves in the sale of our home and need to take care of things such as the title preperation, warranty deed, prepare payoff statements ect. we need to be made aware of when the closing date is with our buyers loan.  We have tried to contact the bank through numerous e-mails, calls and even messaging through Facebook.  The loan officer has failed to return any of our point of contact.  Finally I sent e-mails to all of the managers hoping to find out what is going on.  I FINALLY recieved a call this morning with them telling me that they usually deal with the sellers real estate agent, and since we are selling by owner they refuse to give us any information including when the closing date on the loan.  This is why they have not responded to any of our attempts at contact.  This is not our first time selling a home without a realtor, and this is absolutely ridiculous!  We need to know when the closing date is!  The buyer has been corresponding with us several times a week and they have also been sending daily e-mails to the credit union inquiring as to the timing.  They also are not recieiving any communication back from them either.  If I sell a home in the area again I will refuse to sell to someone who is financing it through this credit union as this has proven to be a nightmare.  Our buyer has been great to work with, the credit union has been terrible!
