Perfect Banking Experience

I have been with Summit for years as has most of my family. I didn't think it could get any better than the amazing service I've received. Then I had the opportunity to work with Courtney S at the Baraboo location. I would recommend not only Summit but Courtney any day of the week.

We are business members and out of state for a few weeks. Meanwhile the mobile deposit app is down for 2 days and counting. We can’t pay anything from our account and they charge us overdrafts!! Bit they have no idea when it will be back up and running. Unreal!!!

We had have accounts at several banks and credit unions over the last 15 years.  Summit has been our rock. i have always been happy with their customer service. When I have been in financial crunches, they have found ways to rearrange my finances to ease up stress, get me into lower payments and interest rates.  On more than one occasion they have gone above & beyond. Most memorable, I was using their online bill pay to pay my health insurance, and they have a guarantee that the funds will be received by a certain date. My insurance notified me that my payment hadn't been received and my policy would be canceled if they didn't receive it by end of day, thanks for the advance notice. Summit staff printed out a check then DROVE IT across town  to the insurer's HQ and paid it IN PERSON to make sure I did not lose my coverage, even though it was really the fault of the company running the bill payment service. We use them for almost all our banking now. They have given us good advice.
